About remapping

The Volvo FM accounts for 23 files in our catalogue, spread across the 9, 11, 13 and 16 litre diesel blocks including the D9, D13B and D16, with a 420 hp rating identified. It is a distribution and regional haulage truck.

Stage 1 makes up 16 files, with 10 AdBlue-related files reflecting recent units with SCR aftertreatment. The ECUs include EMS2.2, EMS2.3, EMS2, EMS2.3 ACM and the ACM reference. On heavy vehicles we always work to conservative criteria.

Frequently asked questions

How does it differ from the FH?

The FM is the distribution and regional haulage model, while the FH is the long-distance one. They share much of their engine range.

What do you aim for on a distribution truck?

Sustained pulling capacity when loaded and contained fuel consumption per hundred kilometres, which is what shows up on the fleet's cost sheet.

Can I disable the AdBlue system?

Not on public roads: regulations require emissions systems to be operational. These files exist for specific applications; ask us before ordering anything.

Data comes from our project history. Exact availability is confirmed when you request the file.
