About remapping
The Fiat Ducato accounts for 1,323 files in our catalogue, with the 2.3 JTD and 2.8 JTD diesels as the core engines, alongside the 3.0 D of the heavier variants. It is one of the most widely used large vans in Europe, and the dominant base for motorhome conversions.
Stage 1 makes up 1,224 files — a strikingly pure performance profile for a commercial vehicle — followed by 158 EGR off. The ECUs range from EDC15 and EDC15C7 on earlier units to EDC16C39, EDC17CP52 and the Magneti Marelli MJ8F3H and MJ9DFH on later ones.

Is a remap worthwhile on a motorhome?
Very much so. Motorhomes carry substantial permanent weight, and the extra mid-range torque makes a real difference on gradients and when fully loaded.
Which engine is best covered?
The 2.3 JTD and the 2.8 JTD account for most of the catalogue, with the 3.0 D also present for the heavier variants.
Does it affect reliability?
A well-judged map respects the thermal and pressure margins of the engine. On working vehicles we apply more conservative criteria than on cars.
