Volkswagen Golf 4 R32 ECU remapping
7 files available

About remapping
This entry covers the Golf 4 R32, with 7 files in our catalogue, dominated by the 3.2i V6 naturally aspirated petrol with a 1.9 TDI pump-duse reference also present. It is the first R32, the top all-wheel-drive version of that generation.
Stage 1 makes up 5 files, with one Stage 2 and one speed limiter removal. The ECU is a single reference across the whole catalogue: ME7.1.1. Being naturally aspirated, the gains here are modest by nature.

How much does a naturally aspirated V6 gain?
Considerably less than a turbocharged engine — there is no boost to adjust. We are honest about this: expect refinement in delivery, not a large power figure.
How does it differ from the Golf 5 R32?
They are consecutive generations of the same concept, with different engine management. Each has its own entry.
Does it affect the 4Motion system?
No. The work is done on the engine ECU and does not alter the operation of the all-wheel-drive system.
