The Jaguar XF responds particularly well to remapping: our catalogue holds 334 files, dominated by the 3.0 D and 3.0 TDV6 six-cylinder diesels and the entry-level 2.2 D. These are engines with a generous margin between the factory calibration and what the hardware comfortably supports.
Stage 1 is by far the most requested service on the XF: 299 of the 334 files. How much difference does Stage 1 make on a 3.0 D?
The clearest change is mid-range torque: the car pulls harder without needing a downshift and feels more elastic when overtaking. Exact figures depend on the variant and engine condition, so we confirm them against the specific file.
Which XF ECUs do you cover?
The most common in our catalogue are the Bosch EDC17CP11, EDC17CP42, EDC17CP55 and EDC17C08, plus the MEDC17_9. If your unit carries a different reference, ask us and we will check.
Is the remap reversible?
Yes. We always save the original file before modifying anything, so the ECU can be returned to its factory state whenever you want.
