Which engine gains most?
The 4.7 V8 bi-turbo, by a clear margin. The naturally aspirated 5.0 and 5.5 gain considerably less, since there is no boost to adjust.
Why so many speed limiter removals?
These cars carry an electronic cut set at 250 km/h. Note that legal speed limits on public roads are unchanged by any electronic work.
