Porsche Cayman S ECU remapping
26 files available

About remapping
The Porsche Cayman S accounts for 26 files in our catalogue, dominated by the 3.4i naturally aspirated flat-six, with the 2.5T and 2.0T turbocharged units of the later generation and the 2.5 DFI Turbo also present. It is the mid-engined coupé of the range.
Stage 1 makes up 15 files and Stage 2 a further 11 — one of the highest Stage 2 proportions in our catalogue, reflecting how many of these cars arrive with hardware already modified. The ECUs include ME7.8 and the SDI9, SDI21, SDI3 and SDI211 references.

How much does the 3.4i naturally aspirated engine gain?
Considerably less than a turbocharged one — there is no boost to adjust. We are honest about this: expect refinement in delivery, not a large power figure.
Why so much Stage 2 work?
These cars often arrive with exhaust or intake modifications already fitted, and Stage 2 is what takes advantage of that hardware.
How does the 2.5T compare?
Being turbocharged it has genuine headroom and responds far more strongly to a Stage 1 map than the naturally aspirated units.
