Is a remap worthwhile on a motorhome base?
Very much so. Motorhomes carry substantial permanent weight, and the extra mid-range torque makes a real difference on gradients and when fully loaded.
Which engine is best covered?
The 3.0 diesel accounts for the largest share, with the 2.3 JTD covering the lighter variants of the range.
Does it affect reliability?
A well-judged map respects the thermal and pressure margins of the engine. On working vehicles we apply more conservative criteria than on cars.
