Chevrolet Captiva ECU remapping
161 files available

About remapping
The Chevrolet Captiva accounts for 161 files in our catalogue, dominated by the 2.0 VCDi and 2.2 D diesel variants, with the 2.4i petrol also present. It is a mid-size family SUV where the work splits between performance improvement and maintenance of the exhaust systems.
Stage 1 accounts for 132 files, but the DPF off (38) and EGR off (35) figures stand out as very high in proportion to the total: these are known points on these engines. The most frequent ECUs are the Bosch EDC16C39, the Delphi DCM3.7 and the DDCR, plus the E37 and ME7.9.9 on petrol.

Which Captiva engine is best covered?
The 2.0 VCDi diesel, adding up its various designations, accumulates the most files, followed by the 2.2 D. The 2.4i petrol is also present, though in lower volume.
Why so many DPF and EGR files?
These are systems that give trouble fairly often on these engines, especially in urban use. Even so, disabling them is not permitted on vehicles used on public roads; ask us about alternatives.
Can the remap be reversed?
Yes. We always keep the original ECU file, so the vehicle can return to its factory configuration whenever needed.
