Claas Arion ECU remapping
40 files available
About remapping
The Claas Arion is an agricultural tractor and accounts for 40 files in our catalogue, spread between the 4.5 and 6.8 litre blocks, with the 4.5 the most worked at 16 files. In agricultural machinery the aim of the map is sustained pulling capacity and fuel consumption per hectare, not speed.
Stage 1 accounts for 35 of the 40 files, with 6 AdBlue-related and 5 EGR off. The ECUs combine the Bosch EDC17CV41 with proprietary marque references such as L14, L16, L21 and L33. In agriculture we always work to conservative criteria, because the engine spends many hours under constant load.

What do you aim for when remapping a tractor?
Sustained pulling capacity and contained fuel consumption at work. Unlike a passenger car, here the engine spends hours at constant revs under load, so the map is far more conservative.
Does it affect the machine's reliability?
A well-judged map respects the thermal and pressure margins. In agriculture we are especially cautious precisely because of the continuous working regime.
Do you work with Claas's proprietary ECUs?
Yes, the L14, L16, L21 and L33 references appear in our Arion catalogue alongside the Bosch EDC17CV41.
