JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE ECU remapping
321 files available

About remapping
The Jeep Grand Cherokee accounts for 321 files in our catalogue, and practically all of them relate to the 3.0 V6 CRD diesel in its various designations. It is an engine whose character suits this kind of vehicle well: plenty of mass to move and a response that improves substantially when the torque band is worked on.
Stage 1 makes up 193 of those files. On an SUV of this weight, the most noticeable effect is that the car stops asking for downshifts when towing or climbing. Alongside Stage 1, the maintenance services stand out: EGR off (31 files), AdBlue (25) and DPF off (20). The most common ECUs are EDC17C79, EDC17C49 and EDC16CP31.

How does the 3.0 CRD respond to Stage 1?
It is one of the most rewarding combinations: being a heavy vehicle, the extra mid-range torque translates into fewer gear changes and more comfort when towing. The exact gain depends on the generation and the ECU.
Can I drive with the DPF or AdBlue disabled?
Not on public roads: regulations require emissions systems to be operational. These files exist for specific applications such as competition or vehicles not used on open roads; ask us about your case first.
Which generations do you cover?
The catalogue spans units with EDC15C2 and EDC16CP31 through to the more modern EDC17C49 and EDC17C79, covering several generations of the model.
